Robbie is not only a great home inspector and very helpful through that process, but will go out of his way to help you. We had an issue with our HVAC unit after we had it replaced, found out the company had installed the wiring wrong and charging us a high cost to fix their error. I reached out to Robbie because I didn’t understand the issue, he explained it to me in a way I could understand and told me exactly what to say to the company. Thanks to him, we only had to pay a fraction of what we were being charged. Thank you so much Robbie!!
