"Get a home inspection!!! Robbie is a wonderful person and a first class business owner.
He is thorough, professional and provided me with a slew of contacts. I cannot stress
this enough; do NOT let your realtor talk you out of a home inspection!!!
My realtor talked me out of an inspection because I can repair most things. Well, the
seller lied their butts off and covered up tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage,
close to a hundred thousand. My realtor even claimed to be a home flipper with
extensive experience and informed me that the home did not need much, she even
declared it was, "Move in ready."
