Our experience with Robbie was great from the minute we scheduled our inspection, to beyond receiving our detailed report. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, so Robbie allowed us to be present during the inspection and walked us through everything he was looking for and throughly explained any defects he saw, both minor and major. He gave us recommendations for other professionals who would be able to assist in fixing the defects, and even went so far as personally calling a contractor himself for something he felt needed immediate attention. Robbie is not only very kind, but also extremely professional. We received an extremely detailed report just hours after the inspection, and he followed up with us the same night to reassure us about going through with purchasing the inspected property. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home in need of an inspection, but especially first timers like us!
